Generally very good. Coffee is hot and flavorful. Specials posted on the board vary from day to day. Friendly staff and good prices. I think the breakfast potatoes could use some seasoning and a bit more time on the grille.

If you're looking for a good place to have breakfast and not an outstanding atmosphere you can find AC's in the south end of Torrington, CT. Lots of locals and regulars, and the wait staff is great. Ask for Lauren and get the steak and eggs!

Small hometown family feel. Unassuming and full of locals (which in Torrington is always an adventure). Great prices, big breakfasts, hot coffee. Little cramped with how busy it was, and the bathroom situation leaves something to be desired (I love peeing while looking into a mop sink, don't you?) but it's worth it for feeling like it's okay to roll in there in sweatpants on a Sunday morning.

Great place for breakfast. Nothing fancy but good food, great prices. Family of 4 (granted three of them were girls) and breakfast was still under $30 with tip. Plus it appears a lot of city workers go here and you know they know food judging by the size of some of them. Will go again
